The LORD Is My Rock

For the choirmaster. Of David the servant of the LORD, who sang this song to the LORD on the day the LORD had delivered him from the hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul. He said:

That the Gentiles may glorify God

To close Romans' argument about Jews and Gentiles, Paul strings together four quotations from the Law, the Psalms and Isaiah, each showing the nations praising the God of Israel, ending with the root of Jesse ruling the nations.
