Something greater than Solomon

Jesus says the queen of Sheba came from the ends of the earth to hear Solomon's wisdom, and that 'something greater than Solomon is here'. Solomon, the wise son of David who built the temple, serves as a measuring stick for Jesus.

When: Solomon's reign, c. 970–930 BC; Jesus' saying, c. AD 28–30.
