Zedekiah taken to Babylon but not seeing it

Ezekiel says Zedekiah will be brought to Babylon but will not see it, though he will die there. Jeremiah said he would see the king of Babylon face to face. Both were fulfilled: Zedekiah was captured, his sons were killed before him, he was blinded at Riblah, and he was taken to Babylon in chains.

When: Ezekiel, c. 592 BC; Jerusalem fell in 586 BC.
