God's name blasphemed among the Gentiles
Paul accuses his Jewish interlocutor of breaking the law he teaches, so that God's name is blasphemed among the Gentiles 'as it is written'. The line is from Isaiah, where exile exposed God's name to mockery.

How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news
Isaiah pictures a messenger on the mountains announcing peace and salvation, and saying to Zion, 'Your God reigns'. Paul applies it to those who proclaim the gospel, in his argument that faith comes by hearing.
